The apartment has an area of 24 m² and is located on the 4th floor of the building its eastern exposure ensures pleasant natural light throughout the day. The property consists of a small kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living room, and a second room arranged as a home office with a large sliding-door wardrobe, separated by a partition wall. There is an option to remove the desk and adapt the second room according to your own needs.

Heating is provided by the municipal system. The apartment also has a small French-style balcony.

Inside, you will find a TV with LED backlighting, Hue smart light bulbs, and a Home Assistant system that allows remote control of the window blinds, radiator temperature, temperature and humidity measurement, and Hue lighting. The system can be fully configured to your preferences.

Additionally, the owner leaves a PlayStation 4 console for the tenant's use.
