STOP! Ważna kwestia! Niestety pod mieszkaniem jest pub. Zazwyczaj jest cicho, ale zdarza się, że słychać basy w godzinach nocnych. Nic na to nie poradzę :( Mieszkanie nie dla takich o lekkim śnie, stąd tak niski czynsz najmu za taki metraż w samym centrum w oficynie, gdzie poza tym nie słychać tramwajów.

Kuchnia: aneks kuchenny wyposażony w 2-palnikową elektryczna kuchenkę, lodówka w zabudowie, mini-piekarnik i dużo szafek; a dalej stół i jeszcze więcej krzeseł, tak, konferencyjnych.

Łazienka: chyba standardowo toaleta, umywalka, szafka z lustrem i prysznic. Jest też pralka i piec gazowy. Tutaj moja kreatywność w pisaniu ogłoszeń poległa sorry not sorry.

STOP! Important issue! Unfortunately, there is a pub below the apartment. It is usually quiet, but sometimes you can hear bass sounds at night. I can't do anything about it :( The apartment is not suitable for light sleepers, hence the low rent for such a size in the very center in an outbuilding, where you can't hear trams.

Landlord's preferences: from the end of January/February 2 to August 31/September 30, and then, if both parties are satisfied, we will extend it for a year.

A modern studio in a great location? It's here. There are three bakeries right under your nose, and within a 700-meter radius there are countless public transport stops and even a train station (the nearest one is 58 meters away!). Let me introduce you to a 42-square-meter studio apartment on steroids a separate kitchen, blinds, an outbuilding, and a view of a wild garden!

APARTMENT

Room: forget about rooms that are a few or several square meters in size this one is almost 29 square meters ;) And in it. a chest of drawers, a desk with a comfortable conference chair, a double bed with a mattress (video from before the change!), a small IKEA table next to it, a wardrobe with a mirror, a comfortable sofa, and a silver gadget ;) Window with a roller blind.

Kitchen: kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, built-in refrigerator, mini-oven, and lots of cabinets; and then a table and even more chairs, yes, conference chairs.

Bathroom: standard toilet, sink, mirrored cabinet, and shower. There is also a washing machine and a gas stove. This is where my creativity in writing ads failed, sorry not sorry.
