STOP! Ważna kwestia! Niestety pod mieszkaniem jest pub. Zazwyczaj jest cicho, ale zdarza się, że słychać basy w godzinach nocnych. Nic na to nie poradzę :( Mieszkanie nie dla takich o lekkim śnie, stąd tak niski czynsz najmu za taki metraż w samym centrum w oficynie, gdzie poza tym nie słychać tramwajów.

Preferencje Wynajmującego: od końca października na rok a potem jeśli obydwie strony będą zadowolone, to przedłużamy na kolejny rok :)

Nowoczesne studio w świetnej lokalizacji? To tutaj. Pod samiuteńkim nosem aż 3 piekarnie, w promieniu 700m bez liku przystanków MPK a nawet PKP (najbliższy za 58m!). Przedstawiam Wam kawalerkę 42m 2na sterydach osobna kuchnia, rolety, oficyna i widok na dziki ogród!

MIESZKANIE

Pokój: zapomnij o pokojach kilku czy kilkunastometrowych ten ma ich aż prawie 29 ;) A w nim komoda, biurko z wygodnym krzesłem konferencyjnym, 2-osobowe łóżko z materacem (filmik sprzed zmiany!), obok mały stolik IKEA, szafa z lustrem, wygodna sofa i taki srebrny wihajster ;) Okno z roletą. Jedna z moich najemczyń uskuteczniła rzutnik przy tych wielkich, białych ścianach.

Kuchnia: aneks kuchenny wyposażony w 2-palnikową elektryczna kuchenkę, lodówka w zabudowie, mini-piekarnik i dużo szafek; a dalej stół i jeszcze więcej krzeseł, tak, konferencyjnych.

Łazienka: chyba standardowo toaleta, umywalka, szafka z lustrem i prysznic. Jest też pralka i piec gazowy. Tutaj moja kreatywność w pisaniu ogłoszeń poległa sorry not sorry.

STOP! Important note! Unfortunately, there's a pub right below the apartment. It's usually quiet, but sometimes you can hear bass at night. There's nothing I can do about it :( This apartment isn't for light sleepers, which is why the rent is so low for this size in the very center in a side building where, other than that, you can't hear the trams.

Landlord's Preferences: Starting at the end of October for one year, and then, if both parties are satisfied, we'll extend it for another year :)

A modern studio in a great location? This is the place. Right under your nose as many as 3 bakeries, countless public transit stops within a 700-meter radius, and even a train station (the closest one is just 58 meters away!). Let me introduce you to a 42-square-meter studio on steroids a separate kitchen, blinds, a side building, and a view of a wild garden!

APARTMENT

Room: Forget about rooms that are just a few or a dozen or so meters this one is almost 29 meters ;) And inside a dresser, a desk with a comfortable conference chair, a double bed with a mattress (video from before the renovation!), a small IKEA side table next to it, a mirrored closet, a comfortable sofa, and this silver gadget ;) A window with a roller shade. One of my tenants set up a projector against those huge white walls.

Kitchen: a kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, a built-in refrigerator, a mini-oven, and plenty of cabinets; plus a table and even more chairs yes, conference chairs.

Bathroom: I guess the standard setup toilet, sink, mirrored cabinet, and shower. There's also a washing machine and a gas stove. My creativity in writing listings ran out here sorry, not sorry.
